(ACSI), and company subsidiaries were ACSI Network Technologies and Cybergate/ValueWeb. The company’s common stock traded on the NASDAQ as ESPI.This group is for all former employees of e.spire Communications, Inc. under the Executive management of Anthony Pompliano, Sr. and George Schmitt (1993 to 2002) prior to the XMC acquisition in 2002.
