Ignasi is a founding member of the law firm. He is Head of International Relations and leads the Innovation and Entrepreneurship department, which includes the practices of entrepreneurial initiative, Venture Capital and the internationalization of companies.

Ignasi has extensive and comprehensive experience in advising entrepreneurs and investors in the process of negotiations and strategic alliances. He has also collaborated with various public research centers and in the creation of knowledge-based companies (spin-offs). He is a member of the Board of Directors of several technology-based companies and the author of different academic articles related to his areas of expertise. He also regularly speaks at a wide-range of Spanish universities.

A Licensed Attorney, Ignasi has completed graduate studies at UCLA, UC Davis, UC Berkeley and Harvard. He was appointed Visiting Scholar by Columbia University Law School in 2012 and appointed a CodeX Fellow at Stanford University in 2017. In 2018, Ignasi was invited to join the Advisory Board of the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession.
Ignasi is consistently recognized by the market, and he is ranked by the most prestigious legal directories including Legal500, Chambers & Partners, Leaders League, Who is Who Legal and Best Lawyers in his areas of expertise. For the fourth year in a row Financial Times has recognized the practice area headed by Ignasi as one of the most disruptive in Europe in its FT-Innovative Lawyers Report.
