As an operator, advisor, and now, an investor, Ayesha D’Souza leads Venture investments at Fiserv. Previously she served as Chief of Staff to the Head of Global Business Solutions, Fiserv’s largest and fastest growing business unit. Prior to joining Fiserv, Ayesha led U.S. Capital Markets for Prodigy Finance, a venture-backed fintech student lender financing international students. Ayesha is a seasoned business builder having launched financial inclusion products and business units, led go-to-market strategy, and been the voice of the customer, both in the U.S. and in emerging markets (Africa). A veteran of Silicon Valley, she began her career covering the semiconductor and software industries for mergers and acquisitions firm Broadview International and has worked at Wall Street banks including Credit Suisse, Nomura, and Macquarie.

A graduate of Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Ayesha also earned a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
