Jess is the Regional Vice President of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in Asia and is responsible for driving the growth of the Marketing Cloud business in Asia. Jess and her team serve as trusted advisors to the movers and shakers in the marketing industry, partnering with them to envision a customer-centric future in their digital transformation journey. A passionate marketer, Jess is particularly interested in bringing the powers of social, mobile and analytics to the hands of the customer, helping them to connect to their customers in a whole new way.

Before Salesforce, Jess was Head of Digital at iSentia and was lead product evangelist at BuzzNumbers in Australia. As a leader, Jess believes in fostering an inclusive culture and lives the Salesforce values of giving back to the community. Every year, Jess leads a team of employees to volunteer and raise funds in Nepal - building houses and toilets for the underprivileged. Outside of work and volunteering, Jess is a big fitness enthusiast and loves a good physical challenge like CrossFit and long-distance running.



Jess was born in Australia and proudly calls herself a Roosters fan. She has been calling Singapore home for the past four years and loves the food culture, naturally.
