Kenneth O’Keefe has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2004.Since January 2011, he has been Managing Partner of, and from 1997 to January 2011, he was Managing Director of Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company, a private equity firm, which he co-founded. He serves on the boards of several privately held healthcare companies.He received a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
