Shanghai Liuhe Capital is a professional investment management company started in August 2004 in Shanghai China. The company currently manages around RMB 4 billion assets, in the form of trust security funds, PIPE funds, and VC/PE.

PE/VC business focuses upon investing in small to middle-sized, high-growth companies in high-end manufacturing, advanced materials, consumer product and services sectors.
PIPE is a relatively new business in Liuhe Capital. It started in 2011, and has invested in more than ten PIPE deals with total amount over RMB 2.7 billion.
