Adam Rosman joined OneMain in January 2020 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel. In this role, he oversees the company’s legal team, as well as compliance, government relations and internal audit teams.

Adam came to OneMain from Fiserv, where he was Executive Vice President, General Counsel for First Data before the Fiserv/First Data merger. Previously, he served as EVP, Group General Counsel for Willis Group Holdings, a global insurance broker and risk management company. His early career included positions as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Deputy Staff Secretary to President Bill Clinton.

Adam received a juris doctorate from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College. He is a member of Stanford Law School’s Board of Visitors and a member of the Executive Committee of the Lawyers Division of the UJA Federation.
