Alex Wall the Privacy Counsel at Marketo, where he focuses on data protection and privacy. Alex began in the field of data privacy since starting at Fried Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, LLP in 2007, addressing concerns on the international transfer of personal data in commercial litigation. Alex then served as General Counsel to two eDiscovery software vendors, improving data protection practices and procedures. Alex most recently served as the DPO and lead counsel at RADAR, Inc., where he oversaw legal and privacy matters for the organization. Alex holds the CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM certifications in data privacy from the IAPP and is also a designated Fellow of Information Privacy.
