Ali J. Satvat (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2012 and is a member of the Health Care industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He currently serves on the board of directors of Arbor Pharmaceuticals, Coherus BioSciences and PRA Health Sciences. Prior to joining KKR, Ali Satvat was a principal with Apax Partners, where he invested in health care, served as a director of Chiron Holdings (Kinetic Concepts / LifeCell) and TZ Holdings (The TriZetto Group) and was actively involved with many of the firm’s successful growth investments. Previously, Ali Satvat held various positions with Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, Audax Group and The Blackstone Group, where he was involved in a broad range of transactions. Ali Satvat holds an A.B., magna cum laude, in History and Science from Harvard College and an M.B.A. in Health Care Management and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Ali Satvat is a member of the board of directors of the Healthcare Private Equity Association.
