Allen Beasley is a Partner with Redpoint Ventures and leads the firm's investment activity in growth-stage companies, focusing on opportunities in the Internet and infrastructure sectors. Allen led or co-led Redpoint’s current investments in Arctic Wolf Networks, Cardflo, Just-Eat, Kabam, Sonos, SpinMedia and Zendesk; Allen also led previous successful investments in Alltel (acquired by Verizon), Answers (acquired by AFCV Holdings), Intermix (acquired by News Corp.), Internet Brands (acquired by Hellman & Friedman), NextG (acquired by Crown Castle), OuterBay (acquired by HP), Orbital Data (acquired by Citrix) and the spinoff of ON Semiconductor (ONNN) from Motorola.

Before joining Redpoint in 1999, Allen was an associate with IVP. Previously, Allen worked in marketing and product management for Ipsilon Networks, a developer of IP switching technology founded in 1994 and acquired by Nokia in 1997.

Allen holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
