As chief commercial officer, Andy Monshaw leads Alight’s go-to-market strategy and is accountable for growth, client success and retention. Andy’s responsibilities span account management, marketing, commercial operations and sales enablement.

Andy has more than 30 years of finance, general management and commercial leadership experience. Most recently, he served as CEO of NGA HR, which was acquired by Alight Solutions in November 2019. Andy joined NGA in November 2015 as president of the Enterprise segment.

Before joining NGA HR, Andy spent three decades in the information technology industry. He was a senior executive with IBM where he led various financial organizations and several global business units, including serving as chief operating officer of IBM Japan.

Andy is chairman of the board for Open Legacy, an open-standard hybrid integration platform provider and serves on the board of directors of Data Dynamics, a provider of storage management solutions for unstructured data. He also serves as treasurer of the New York Metro chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and finance from Rutgers University.
