Asiff S. Hirji has served as a director of the Company since May 2006. Since April 2007, Hirji has served as a Partner of TPG Capital, L.P., a global private investment firm. From October 2006 to April 2007, Hirji served as the President of TD Ameritrade Holding Company, a publicly traded provider of securities brokerage services.

From July 2002 until April 2003, Hirji served as Vice President, Partner, of Bain & Company and from July 2001 to June 2002, he served as president of Meralix, Inc., a firm specializing in turning around troubled portfolio companies for private equity funds. Hirji serves on the Board of Directors of Advent Software, Inc., a publicly traded company that designs software to automate portfolio accounting for investment management firms.

Hirji is a member of the Audit and Finance Committees. The Board of Directors has determined that Hirji is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.
