Benjamin Blank serves as Chief Creative Officer at Woven Digital. In this role, Blank oversees Woven’s video and creative strategy and Heads Woven Studio, the company’s creative and production arm. Woven Studio currently creates original programming as well as video content for brands including HBO, EA, and Miller/Coors and has produced over 65 million views of branded content this year alone.Blank has spent the majority of his career directing and producing short film and national commercial spots with online extensions for the world’s largest advertisers. Prior to Woven, he co-founded production company Locksmith Content. At Locksmith he directed award winning TV commercials, web films, branded content, and films for clients including American Express, Nike and Groupon.Before co-founding Locksmith, Blank served as a producer at Anonymous Content, where he worked with influential directors including Mark Romanek and Antoine Fuqua. He worked on numerous brand commercials and short films including the iconic BMW Film series The Hire which boasted the directorial talent of Ang Lee, Guy Ritchie, and Alejandro González Iñárritu amongst others. He began his career at Propaganda Films.
