I have successful experience in providing strategic and operations leadership, innovation and value creation, from early-stage to growth-stage for small to medium size companies. I’m a results-oriented leader who enjoys building, scaling or turning-around businesses.

Innovative, I’m a results-oriented executive with extensive experience in senior management roles recognized within the creative, advertising and software industries. For over 18 years, I built 5 businesses based in Montreal and New-York City, most notably FOGstudio (acquired by ShedMtl), TALK Management Systems, Interstate.tv, Boogie/BLVD and Contxtful. I have experience in growing P&Ls through organic and inorganic strategies. I’m a recognized industry expert on bridging the gap between technical innovations and creativity management while implementing disruptive business models.

In addition to building great media companies, software products and scouting the right artists and/or technologists, I am passionate about identify deficiencies and establishing tactical plan.

I create the vision then I bring the strategy to life. I’m a hands-on operations manager with a defined focus on implementing a strong business development culture driven by revenues and results.
