As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Accolade, Bill Morrison is responsible for developing the company’s corporatestrategy, identifying and executing merger and acquisition opportunities and leading strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Accolade, Bill served for nine years as CEO of Constellation Behavioral Health, a private equity backed addiction treatment center business. Bill led the development of Constellation from an early stage startup company into an internationally recognized treatment center business with several programs across the state of California. Prior to Constellation, Bill worked for a decade as a sell side equity research analyst conducting research on consumer Internet and technology stocks. Before his career on Wall Street, Bill worked in venture capital for Bowman Capital and co-founded Platinum healthcare, a healthcare benefits administration software business.

Bill holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
