Prior to joining FTV, Brent was an investment banking analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Houlihan Lokey. At Houlihan, Brent focused on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions for asset managers, banks, and insurance and specialty finance companies. Brent began his career at the New York Stock Exchange in the Strategy and Data Analytics group. Brent received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from Georgetown University.
