Brijesh Pande is a private equity fund manager at SBI Ven Capital (Singapore), the overseas fund management company of SBI Group, Japan (formerly Softbank Investments). Brijesh has more than 15 years' international experience in private equity and banking across Asia, Europe and the Americas. He sits on the board of SBI Ven Capital as well as two of the firms portfolio companies Liqvid (India) and Greenlots (Singapore).

Prior to joining SBI Ven Capital in 2010, Brijesh ran ANZ's Corporate Sales (FX, interest rate and related derivatives sales) business in 11 countries across Asia.

Before ANZ, Brijesh spent 10 years at Citigroup in a variety of corporate and investment banking roles in Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, UK, US, Brazil, Hungary and Puerto Rico. His roles in Citi included Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets for Citi Indonesia and Head of Corporate Sales & Structuring and Debt Capital Markets for Citi Philippines. He has dealt with companies across a variety of industries, including education, IT, financial services, telecoms, real estate, FMCG and clean technology.

Brijesh mentors startups in the region and is actively involved with the start-up eco-system in South and SE Asia. Brijesh has an MBA (with Distinction) from Said Business School, University of Oxford, a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a B.Sc. (with Honors) from Presidency University, Kolkata
