Caitlin is a Chief People Officer at Homebound. Prior to joining KeepTruckin, she led a U.S. sales team at LinkedIn focused on the successful adoption of new and strategic talent products. Before LinkedIn, she spent time at multiple startups in both talent and customer-facing roles, most recently leading Talent Programs at Medallia where she helped the company scale from 100-1000 employees over 4 years.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology from Stanford University.
