Christopher Cole is a Business Partner at Redwood Technology Ventures. Prior to that, he founded Intelligrated. Mr. Cole has over 30 years of experience in the high technology capital equipment and services industry, 25 of those at the executive level. Prior to the founding of Intelligrated, Chris served as a chief operating officer of Pinnacle Automation, Inc., and held various executive positions with Milacron, Inc. His hard work has positioned Intelligrated as an industry leader in providing intelligent, automated material handling solutions for some of the nation’s biggest brands.

As an active volunteer in Cincinnati, Chris has served extensively for the American Red Cross. He has held many volunteer positions in the organization, including chapter chairman, and past chair of community service. For all his dedicated efforts, Chris was awarded the 2008 Clara Barton award for Volunteer Service. He has also served on many campaign committees for the United Way and Cincinnati Arts Festival while sitting on the board of directors for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.

Chris is a director of the Gleason Corporation, of Rochester, N.Y., and the Wireless Xcessories Group of Philadelphia. In addition, he is also chairman of the Cincinnati Chamber USA Regional Foundation and a member of the Federal Reserve of Cleveland’s Cincinnati Business Advisory Council.

Chris attended the Episcopal Academy in Philadelphia and received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard University, where he was named a Roger Siver Fellow in 1979.
