Christopher M. Atkins has served as a Senior Analyst since 2012. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Atkins was an Associate at Sentient Ventures, a generalist private equity firm in Austin that provides growth debt and equity to lower middle-market companies with significant potential. While at Sentient, Mr. Atkins was responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, and presenting his findings to partners during investment committee meetings.

Before Sentient, Mr. Atkins helped clean up the effects of the financial crisis with the FDIC, and began his career at FirstBank in Colorado, where he led three banks and was responsible for lending in the downtown Denver area.

Mr. Atkins received his B.S. in Finance from Liberty University and his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he focused on Entrepreneurship.
