David Kerko is a member of the Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) technology industry team. Since joining KKR in 1998, Kerko has been actively involved in the investments in Borden, Toys' R Us, TASC and NXP (formerly Philips Semiconductor).
