Elaine provides strategic business support to E-Synergy’s early stage companies. Prior to joining E-Synergy Elaine was the HR Manager at Apion Ltd, a Telecommunications Software Company were she was responsible for the growth of the company from 40 staff to over 200 staff located in offices in Belfast, Dublin and Drogheda . Following the successful sale of Apion Ltd to Phone.com in 1999, Elaine became the Chief Operations Officer at Aepona where she was selected as one of the top 25 Women in Business for Northern Ireland. Throughout her 10 years with Aepona, Elaine was responsible for the day to day operational management of the company with a strong customer focus.

Elaine Smyth has a BSc Hons Computer Science and is a graduate member of the CIPD.
