Emanuel Chirico joined the Board in 2003. In 2007, Mr. Emanuel Chirico was named Chairman of the Board of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, an apparel and footwear company. He was named its Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Previously, Mr. Emanuel Chirico had been President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation since 2005 and its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2005. From 1993 until 1999, Mr. Emanuel Chirico was the Company’s Controller. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young, LLC.
