Erika delivers change through technology solutions and strategies to investment services. She has been with BNY Mellon (BNYM) since August of 2004, and currently leads Client Technology Relationship Management and Client Engagement Technology Services. She creates a two-way dialog between BNYM and its clients to support digital transformation. Erika also co-chairs the BNYM's Women In Technology (WIT) Sponsorship Committee. Previously, she was technology Program Manager for BNYM's Tri-Party Repo Reform program that went live on April 23, 2015. In this role, she created and delivered technology solutions for BNYM’s Risk Reduction.
