Eva Cheng, Gbs, Jp, serves as a Member of the Managing Board and Secretary of Transport & Housing of Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation. Eva Cheng serves as Chief Executive Officer of Amway Greater China and Southeast Asia. She serves as an Executive Vice President of Alticor Inc., parent company of Amway Corporation. In Hong Kong SAR, she serves as an Honorary President of the Hong Kong Federation of Women. She served as a Secretary of Transport and Housing of Airport Authority Hong Kong. She served as an Executive Vice President of Amway Corporation and its subsidiary Amway (China) Co., Limited. She served as the Executive Vice President of Amway Canada Corporation. She was responsible for Amway markets in Greater China and Southeast Asia for global business development. She worked at New AAP Limited. She began her career with Amway in 1977. She has served in various departments of the Government of the HKSAR (the “Government“) since 1983. She was the Permanent Secretary for Economic Development and Labour (Economic Development). From 2002 to 2006, Ms. Cheng served as the President of the Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association. From 1997 to 2002, she was a member of the Board of Governors for the Hong Kong Art Center and the Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Education. She helped founded the Hong Kong Direct Selling Association and was Chairman for four terms from 1990 to 1996. She serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Guangdong Women's Association for Overseas Friendly Contact. She served as Chairwoman of the Board of Amway (China) Co., Limited. She has been a Director of Nestlé S.A. since April 11, 2013. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Link Real Estate Investment Trust since February 2014. She has been a Non Executive Director of MTR Corporation Limited since July 1, 2007. She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Esprit Holdings Limited, Trinity Limited, Amway (Malaysia) Holdings Berhad and Haier Electronics Group Co., Ltd. She served as a Director of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited until July 1, 2012 and Airport Authority Hong Kong since July 2007. In China, Ms. Cheng serves as a member of the National Council of China Children and Teenagers' Fund; the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Guangdong Commission; the Standing and Executive Committees of The Federation of Industry and Commerce; executive director of the Spring Sprout Special Fund under China Next Generation Education Foundation; founding/honorary chairman of the Amway Charity Foundation; Guangdong Province (Guangdong Provincial General Chamber of Commerce), Honorary Council Member of the Shanghai Charity Fund, a member of the Hopkins-Nanjing Council of the John Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, a Council Member of the Open University of Hong Kong and a Member of the Hong Kong Cantonese Opera Development Advisory Council. She was selected as one of “China's Top 10 Talents in Doing Business in Year 2004“ and “Top 10 Best Marketing Executives in Year 2004“ by a group of Chinese media. Ms. Cheng was named “Honorary Citizen of Guangzhou City” by the Guangzhou Municipal Government. Eva Cheng graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
