Shufei (Fay) Yang is the founding managing partner of ZenStone.

Fay has built her reputation in real estate investment and management. She is a professional real estate agent at GD Commercial Real Estate, a CRE firm serving domestic and international investors. She is actively connecting with oversea investors and various investment opportunities with specialization in commercial real estate. She has completed more than twenty million dollar transactions in the past four years.

Her core competencies are finance analysis, due diligence, business model analysis, market analysis, business development and project management. Along with helping the team analyze potential portfolio companies, she also manages many of the day-to-day activities of the firm. Fay holds a Bachelor of Art in Enterprise Management from University of San Francisco.
