Federica Gironi (London) joined KKR Capital Markets (KCM) in 2013. Since joining KCM, Federica has worked on a variety of financings including PortAventura, SBB/Telemach, Bond Aviation, Northgate, Pets at Home, and Telepizza, and the IPO of Pets at Home. Prior to joining KCM, she was a vice president at Citigroup’s leveraged Finance Group and has previously also worked in the mergers and acquisition division. She holds an M.Sc., summa cum laude, in Accounting and Corporate Finance from L. Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
