Gerald guides strategic and corporate culture initiatives. He co-founded FiscalNote after a decade leading operations in the non-profit, public schools, and start-up sectors. He is currently Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the board of directors, overseeing international expansion and leading FiscalNote’s corporate responsibility program. Previously, Gerald was director of finance for the National Youth Association.

He studied finance and sociology at Emory University.
