Gerlinde joined IP Group in 2015 to create and lead our people strategy, building on our unique culture and ensure the talented people in our organisation continue to find an environment that is inspiring, engaging and productive. Prior to joining IP Group, Gerlinde gained 16 years' HR experience in global companies. She led organisational design and development projects for TUI Travel PLC, acted in HR Business Partner and Talent Development capacities at American Express, and held various HR roles at KPMG and Compaq Computers. She has an MSc in Psychology from the University of Vienna and an MBA from the Open University.
