During his 14 years at the Company, he raised over $28.6MM of venture funding, completed a successful corporate restructure including 10 corporations in 6 countries, completed the acquisition of Cuponica.com, Clickae.com and Cupoint.com, and completed the sale of Sonico.com to Match/IAC and Cuponica's operations in Argentina.

He studied Economics at Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina), having spent one semester at The Wharton School from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), where he specialized in corporate finances.
