Heather joined the company in 2015 as the VP of Talent Management to lead initiatives in hiring, developing and retaining top talent. She has over 15 years of experience in talent management for growth stage companies in technology and database marketing. Prior to joining ICS, she consulted for Chicago-based digital marketing firm Leapfrog Online building sustainable talent management strategies. Before Leapfrog, she was managing partner for retained recruiting practice BennettBaker, where she built talent teams for startups and Fortune 500 database marketing companies. Her earlier career consisted of marketing roles for then startup yesmail.com as well as agency DraftFCB.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College and and Integrated Marketing Certificate from DePaul University. In her spare time she serves as a coach for students at Experience Institute and enjoys traveling across many continents.
