Isabel Naidoo is responsible for the People Strategy & Analytics Centres of Excellence (COE) at FIS, the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions. The COEs drive the strategic talent agenda for the company and span: global talent and succession management; career mobility; talent acquisition; workforce analytics; inclusion & diversity; executive matters; and employee experience. She has a background in change management and has led the development and delivery of people strategies across the globe. Isabel has lived and worked all over the world and speaks three European languages fluently. Isabel talks publicly and blogs regularly on technology, disruption, inclusion and the workplace.
