James Sheng joined the Alibaba Group in 1999 and is one of the founding members of the group. Since the establishment of the group, Mr. Sheng has served as the chief designer. For the past 17 years, Mr. Sheng has been in charge of the Group's product design and user experience innovation. Mr. Sheng was also one of the core figures in the initial stage of Alipay, and served as the director of Alipay products and operations development from 2005 to 2014. Today, Alipay has become the world's leading third-party payment platform, under the umbrella of the Ant Financial Services Group. Mr. Sheng is currently the general manager of Alibaba Singapore.
