Jane Rode is the Chief Financial Officer at PrecisionDemand.

Jane Rode joined PrecisionDemand in November, 2011 and has responsibilities for the Finance Function, including Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning, Contract Management and Facilities. She has over 20 years of broad and deep financial experience from being the CFO of Nielsen Media Research to CFO of a social media company.

She oversaw the integration of acquisitions in both the online and telecom space for Nielsen, joint ventures with outside firms, emerging companies within the portfolio and divestitures of several products and divisions.

Further, she oversaw finance at Nielsen Media Research throughout the buyout of the firm by several private equity purchasers.
