Jayendra is a senior corporate strategist involved in many transactions in his career of over 30 years. He has strong experience in transaction advisory, negotiations and cross-border transactions. He has been extensively involved in private equity and venture capital transactions in a variety of roles throughout his career. He is extensively involved with companies in real-estate, pharmaceuticals, textiles, media, technology and financial services industries. He has expertise in advising companies of various sizes ranging from start-ups to large corporates. He has also made several angel investments in personal capacity and have achieved successful exits.

He has over the years built an extensive network of relationships with Indian corporate leaders, banks, advisory firms and legal community. He serves on the Board of Directors and Advisory Committees in various private and publicly traded Indian companies.

Jayendra is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelors in Arts (Economics) from Mumbai University, India
