Jenny is a Senior Program Investment Officer for the Program Related Investments (PRI) team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She is responsible for leading and managing a wide range of investments in US education and sits on the boards of early stage start-ups and investment funds. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jenny was a Vice President and Business Unit Manager at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, responsible for leading financial advisory assignments for clients in the technology, media and telecom sectors in New York and San Francisco.

Jenny has also worked at Yew Wah Education Management, a for-profit company operating K-12 schools across China, and volunteered at Technoserve in Nairobi, Kenya. During her time with Technoserve, she focused on cultivating a partnership with Millennium Villages Project for Enterprise Development in the Siaya District in Western Kenya and worked with Google.org looking at SME financing gaps in Kenya. Jenny graduated from Harvard University with an AB in History and Science and resides in San Francisco.
