Jeremy Wilson has a history of creating significant shareholder value and leading high-performing teams in strategy, M&A, finance, technology and marketing. His 20 years of experience spans a broad scope of businesses from multinational corporations to startups and a wide range of industries including retail, advertising, technology and venture capital. In the last two years, Wilson has founded or co-founded ten companies.During his tenure as COO and CAO of Rockfish, one of the most recognized digital marketing agencies, the company achieved compounded annual growth in revenue of over 65%. Mr. Wilson was instrumental in guiding Rockfish from startup to multi-state agency providing services to such notable clients as Walmart, Sam’s Club, J&J, P&G, Cisco and EA Sports. In 2011, he led the company’s acquisition by WPP, a global leader in marketing services. Prior to Rockfish, he served as senior director for Walmart financial services, where he led product development, M&A, strategy, credit/prepaid cards, mortgage lending, investment services, and money orders/money transfers. Mr. Wilson also served as head of investor relations for Walmart and Brinker International as well as head of domestic corporate cash management for Walmart. Jeremy graduated from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in 1994 with a BSBA in finance and has attended postgraduate studies through Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program.
