Jevan Anderson is a highly accomplished technology executive with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, commercial real estate advisory and strategic consulting. Mr Anderson has originated and executed more than 100 transactions with over $20 billion in aggregate consideration. Broad work experience covering technology investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate real estate, strategy & corporate development, investor relations and technology management consulting. He recently served as a Senior Vice President for JLL where he advised technology and life sciences companies on commercial real estate transactions. Prior to JLL, Mr Anderson served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology M&A for roughly ten years at both Wells Fargo and RBC Capital Markets. Prior to Wells Fargo and RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Anderson was a Principal with SVB Alliant / Alliant Partners. Prior to his investment banking career, he ran as corporate development and investor relations at Howmet Corporation, a billion-dollar aerospace business and portfolio company of The Carlyle Group. At Howmet, he was an integral member of the IPO team at Howmet, which was subsequently sold to Alcoa. Prior to joining Howmet, he worked as an IT systems, business process re-engineering and strategy consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received his B.S. with High Honors in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and his MBA as a Stern Scholar from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
