Jijy Oommen brings 21+ years of IT experience from the financial services industry. Prior to joining Kinara Capital, she led departments at Wonderla Holidays Ltd and Bajaj Capital Ltd and Manappuram Finance Ltd. during which she successfully led high-impact transformation initiatives and built high-performing teams.

In her IT roles, she has demonstrated strong leadership and a well-balanced competency in all key areas of IT including Applications, Infrastructure, Communication Systems, Digital Technologies, Project/Program Management, Operations, and Governance.

She has been conferred with many prestigious industry awards at the national level such as CIO 100, CISO 100, leading Woman Technical Officer, Data Centre Specialist Award and also featured in leading IT Magazines and Publications.

Jijy is an M.Tech Graduate in Computer Science, MBA in Information Systems and Post Graduate in Banking & Insurance Management. She is a BITS Pilani alumni, trained in Strategic Management from IIM Bangalore, Advance Project Management from IIM Kozhikode and also certified in Project Management from PMI-USA.
