Ken Goldman is chief financial officer (CFO) of Yahoo!. In this role, he is responsible for Yahoo!'s global finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Ken brings more than 30 years of experience in financial, operational, and business management to Yahoo!. Most recently, he was CFO of Fortinet, a provider of threat management technologies. He served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial officer of Siebel Systems Inc. (acquired by Oracle Corp. in January 2006), a provider of customer software solutions and services, from August 2000 to March 2006. Prior to August 2000, he served as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Excite@Home Corp. and Sybase Inc. He has also served as chief financial officer of Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and VLSI Technology Inc.

Ken was named among "America's 15 Most Connected Capitalists" for 2010 by Forbes magazine and currently serves on the board of directors of Infinera Inc., NXP Semiconductor, and several priva"te companies. He served on the board of Juniper Networks Inc. until his resignation in January 2008 and Starent Networks until the company was sold to Cisco in 2009. He is currently on the board of trustees of Cornell University and was a member of the Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession, a public committee that made recommendations to encourage a more sustainable auditing profession (2008). He also previously served on the FASB's primary advisory group, the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council, from 2000 to 2003.

Ken earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
