Kim Hammer is the Chief Accounting Officer at Sunnova. Kim has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and the energy industry and serves as Sunnova’s Chief Accounting Officer.

Prior to Sunnova, Kim served as Vice President and Controller for Susser Petroleum Partners, a wholesale fuel distribution master limited partnership.

Kim was Assistant Controller, Financial Reporting for GenOn Energy, formerly Reliant Energy, from 2002 until 2013.

Prior to Reliant Energy, Kim worked for Deloitte & Touche and over ten years in the audit division at Arthur Andersen in the Houston and London offices.

Kim is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a Master in Professional Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
