Mr. Fennebresque has served as a member of our Board since May 2013. Mr. Fennebresque currently serves as a senior advisor to Cowen Group Inc. (“Cowen”). He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowen and its predecessor SG Cowen from 1999 to 2008. Mr. Fennebresque is also the Managing Principal of Dufresne Advisors, LLC and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ally Financial Inc. Mr. Fennebresque served as Chairman of Dahlman Rose & Co., LLC (“Dahlman”), a research-driven investment bank focused on natural resources supply chain, from 2010 to 2012, and as Chief Executive Officer of Dahlman from July 2011 until August 2012. He has also served as head of the corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions departments at UBS and was a general partner and co-head of investment banking at Lazard Frères & Co.
