Kristin is a passionate Learning Practitioner with a keen interest in crafting learning solutions that go beyond the standard classroom training and challenges the learner to stretch their abilities and unlearn ineffective behavior traits. At Tia, Kristin leads the Learning & Development ecosystem that cross-functionally supports the organization.

Kristin’s is an expert at curating and facilitating leadership programs that develop and support the learning of new leaders and challenges the ways of working for established leaders. Kristin has extensive experience in all aspects of Learning & Development within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and fashion industries where she has been able to lead transformative learning experiences. Kristin looks forward to continuing to craft Tia’s learning culture for continued growth.
