Lauren Richardson is senior vice president and chief procurement officer, Global Sourcing and Supplier Relations for Starbucks Global Supply Chain.

Lauren joined Starbucks in 2014 from L Brands in Columbus, Ohio, the specialty retailer of Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, where she was the Senior Vice President of Procurement and Business Services. Lauren was accountable for global sourcing strategy and execution of $4 billion in enterprise indirect spend. She created integrated procurement processes and transformed supplier relationships to deliver service, speed and savings that met the goals of her internal partners. She also led the enterprise's supplier diversity, procure to pay function, and multiple business services that supported thousands of her associates every day, including travel, cafés, marketing, facilities and three licensed Starbucks locations across Ohio and New York

Prior to L Brands, Lauren held leadership positions in finance, supply chain, marketing and general management in global food and beverage companies including Aramark, Diageo, Sara Lee and Leaf. Lauren has experience in developing teams, growing brands in new international markets and integrating multiple acquisitions will greatly complement our growth plan.

Lauren holds a B.A. in Economics with minors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois. She has lived and worked in many parts of the world, and considers herself a lifelong learner who builds deep and trusted relationships as a means to deliver results.
