Leda Glyptis is a Director at Sapient, focused on providing digital business transformation consulting services.

Her areas of specific expertise include advising clients on business transformation and change management as well as fintech, digital value chains and the emerging business and technology ecosystem.

Leda previously was head of Innovation for BNY Mellon in EMEA. She built the EMEA Innovation Centre and drove co-creation with clients and startups to generate new value. Prior to that, Leda worked in change management across the Bank’s investment services businesses.

Before joining BNY Mellon, Leda served as Head of Services Development for a software boutique in the City.

Leda holds an MA from King’s College, Cambridge and an MSc and PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
