As vice president of human resources, Linda Keala is responsible for compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development programs. Linda brings more than 20 years strategic business experience to SolarCity. Prior to joining SolarCity, Linda was co-founder and vice president of TransformBlue, Inc. a mobile Internet technology firm leading companies on strategy, technology, branding and running mobile applications. Previously, Linda was vice president of business operations and corporate secretary at NBX Inc. Linda has also held senior roles at Intend Change, Inc., Interlink Computer Sciences, Inc and USWeb/CKS where she was executive vice president and chief people officer.
