Lisha is a Senior IT Product Manager at Kohl’s, where she leads a team to drive enhancements and efficiency throughout all payment modalities in the e-commerce division. Prior to Kohl’s, Lisha served a lengthy tenure fulfilling multiple roles at Wells Fargo, most recently as VP, Consumer Financial Service. Lisha is passionate about causes that impact the wider community and works tirelessly in that regard to build a platform of advocacy around issues such as tech inclusion, diversity, and education. She has served on several boards including Imani Community Church, USC Board of Governors, and National Retail Federation Young Women’s Initiative. Lisha also volunteers with Girl Scout’s Camp CEO. Lisha has a BSc in Business Administration, Information Systems from USC and an MBA from UC Berkeley and Columbia University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and dancing. Lisha performs these tasks all while balancing motherhood duties with her newborn daughter Zora.
