Lucrezia's role at GlobalWebIndex is focused on, building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients. Lu is responsible for heading up the client services team and, as part of this, ensure that clients get the highest possible value from the GWI data and services by advising on projects, providing training and enabling a collaborative working relationship.

Lu started her career at Kantar Media - TGI and spent the first 4 years working on the European and Irish teams. Working with both national and international agencies and media owners and was the first point of contact for all data queries and training needs. In her last 2 years at TGI she worked on the Agency team, managing over 60 client accounts and making sure they all received outstanding client servicing as well as helping them maximise their ROI.
