Luis has a PhD in Computer Systems from the Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden as well as a Master of Science degree from St Petersburg Electro-Technical University, Russia. His rich career includes senior research and specialist positions within Ericsson R&D, Product and Business units . He is the author of 20+ patents in the fields of telecom, IT and security. Peruvian and Swedish citizenship.
