Maoz Shacht is the EVP, Technology at ooVoo LLC.

He joined ooVoo in December 2008. At ooVoo, Shacht provides leadership and management of the company's research and development group, including development, quality assurance, IT systems and infrastructure.

Previously, Shacht was CTO at Coolvision, where he managed the R&D and IT teams, as well as product development and operations.

Prior to Coolvision, he was CTO and Vice President of R&D at adiOver, a start-up company focused on solutions that connect users to radio broadcasters.

Earlier in his career, Shacht was Director, R&D and Projects for software developer Pelephone Communications, which focused on Web, mobile and intranet applications; he was also group leader of infrastructure and Web technologies at Rafael.

Shacht holds an M.E. Degree in Systems Engineering.
